My name is Jade, and I am the creator of “In His Image Health.” I specialize in helping all women ditch the diet culture, redefine their relationship with food, love their bodies unconditionally, and see themselves through God's eyes.
Through taking a completely client-centered, Christ-focused approach, we will explore proven techniques such as hunger-directed eating, positive self-actualization, and self-love cultivation that will allow you to finally live a beautiful, authentic life free from the weight of the world’s heavy opinions regarding the body!
